Aino - India's first Customer Care Calling App at the Touch of Finger tip

We know how boring it is to go through various steps  of IVR(Interactive voice response) when we place a call to customer care. Also, it is very disgusting to wait for a long time until we are able to speak to an executive.A new app called Aino provides the solution to these problems. Aino bridges the gap between Customer service and the end user.



The Man behind Aino:

Divij singhal, is not new to entrepreneurship his first venture in 2004 with ICCS which is one of the leading BPO (Business process outsourcing) service providers in India.Under his leadership, he took ICCS rose to new heights and he enjoyed the success of the company with his 2000 employees that recorded a turnover of 40 crores.

Having been in the industry for more than a decade divij noticed the pain areas the customers face when they make brand service calls.This  gave an impetus and led to the birth of Aino in November.

What is Aino?

Aino is a mobile based help desk application. It is a voice based platform and bridges the gap between customer service departments and end consumer.It caters both B2B and B2C customers. B2C and B2B are two forms of commercial transactions. B2B, which stands for business-to-business, is a process for selling products or services to other businesses B2C, which stands for business-to-consumer, is a process for selling products directly to consumers.Aino accelerates the process for hassle free queries requests and complaints spread across various categories like travel utilities and consumer electronics.

How does it work?



Categories of the brand are mentioned in the app and each of them is assigned with a unique subscriber ID.User can select a brand of his choice and concerned issue and place arequest to the customer service department.So a call will be made from the department to address the problem of the consumer.


Aino currently has a seed capital of Rs1Crore and major share of it is being used in product development and tieup with brands.According to 6Wre Research, the consumer market is expected to reach over $1500 million by 2018.
