Basically, iphone 7 plus camera possess dual lens camera. The camera works via toggle and can alternate between two lenses. you can use wide angle lens for regular camera  and for photos with extra zoom you can choose telephoto lens. Before the update, there is no control over the dual lense. Apple automatically chose wide angle lens instead of telephoto lens even if you opt for 2X zoom. But now the update allows you to have greater control over dual lens.

Another important feature is addition of the RAW feature. Users will now be able to capture in RAW mode which allows all the original details of the image and maximum image quality when compared with JPEG image.

There is also an option to edit the captured RAW photos through its new editor known as RAW Lab. You can edit RAW photos in the iPhone itself. However, capturing images in RAW mode occupies more phone space. RAW format is preferred by most professional photographers as it allows more control and yield better results than the  image captured by built in image sensor. The RAW lab contains curves tool and advances noise reduction options.

Camera + supports RAW feature in iPhone 6S/6S Plus, the iPhone SE, and the iPhone 7/7 Plus.

The final addition to the camera plus App is the improved haptic feedback  that brings new life to the shooting experience in Camera+. It is available fo download from iTunes App Store.
